Automated Interviews: AI-conducted initial screening with qualification scoring and bias elimination
Real-Time Availability: Instant access to qualified candidates with precise availability tracking
Comprehensive Analytics: Data-driven insights for optimizing hiring strategies and workforce planning
Integration Services: Custom HR system connections and workflow automation

3. Institution Accounts and Responsibilities

Institutions are responsible for:

Maintaining account confidentiality and providing accurate information
Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Providing accurate job descriptions and qualification requirements
Notifying us of unauthorized use or security breaches
Making final hiring decisions based on institutional criteria

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the platform for unlawful purposes or discriminatory hiring practices
Submit false institutional information or fake job postings
Attempt to circumvent our AI matching system or manipulate results
Interfere with platform operations or attempt unauthorized access
Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account

                    Important: Providing false credentials or engaging in discriminatory practices may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
                

5. AI and Algorithmic Services

Our AI matching services are designed to assist human decision-making and are continuously improved based on aggregated hiring outcome data. The AI provides recommendations only - final hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the institution.

6. Subscription Terms and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for unused subscription periods.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Talent Bridge AI retains all rights to our platform, algorithms, and proprietary matching technology. Institutions retain rights to their own data and hiring information.

8. Data Security and Privacy

We implement enterprise-grade security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect institutional and candidate data.

9. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.5% platform uptime and provide dedicated customer support for all subscription customers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Talent Bridge AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with proper notice. Upon termination, access to the platform will cease, but you may export your data within 30 days.
